Terms of Service

You are agreeing to this TOS upon deciding to commission me.Please note: This TOS is subject to change. However, you will not be affected by said changes if you agreed to them before changes were made.

General

> I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.> If you are hostile or rude during the process, I will issue a refund and cease work on the commission.> Tips are appreciated, but not required.> Commissions will be worked on in the order received.> I will check in for any changes after each part of the process (lining, coloring, shading).

Payment and Refunds

> I take payment via PayPal, and PayPal only.> Payment must be sent as a goods/service via PayPal.> I require half payment upfront.> I start work on the commission once the payment is received.> Please notify me once the payment is sent.> Full refund will be issued if the lining process is not complete, otherwise partial refunds will be issued accordingly.> Any form of refund is non-negotiable after work has been completed and approved.

Changes

> Any major changes in pose, outfit, details, etc. must be made before the coloring process.> Please request any changes during the appropriate part of the process (ex: color change in the coloring process).

I will draw

> Humanoid characters (aliens, monsters, anthro, etc.)> Abstract or simple backgrounds> Light/Moderate Gore>Body/Eye Horror> Suggestive art ONLY if the character is physically of age> Artistic nudity

I will NOT draw

> Offensive, slanderous, or otherwise derogatory content> In any style other than my own> Complex/detailed backgrounds> Mech/machinery> Heavy gore> Full NSFW/Sexual nudity
